How is the site secured?
There is a single entrance on and off the site with a fully automated 8ft high gate. We have installed high quality CCTV cameras including number plate recognition. We provide industry recognised anti-pick locks.
Are my possessions protected/insured?
The containers and the site itself are insured by us but the contents of the container, your belongings are not. We have partnered with market leader for storage insurance, Insurastore.com. Please visit their website www.Insurastore.com for more details.
When can I access my container?
SelfStore 24-7 is accessible 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
How do I access my container out of office hours?
All customers are given a gate fob key which they place against the proximity reader when they arrive at the automated gate.
What are the office opening times?
Our office opening times are, Mon-Fri 9:00am – 5:30pm however, you can make an appointment outside of office opening hours, we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I hire a container just for a few days?
We operate a flexible hire system and welcome all enquiries however, we usually ask for minimum hire of two weeks.
What happens if I lose my key?
We will replace your lock and issue a new key (minimal fees apply).
What if I need to contact you outside of office hours?
We always do our best to ensure someone is available to answer your call 24/7 however, if this is not the case, Please email us or leave a message on the answer phone and we will respond as quickly as possible.
